Mexican Stromboli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground turkey or beef
    1 (15 oz.) can dark red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
    1 1/2 c. salsa
    2 (10 oz.) pkg pizza dough
    3/4 c. low-fat Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    milk
    1 Tbsp. yellow corn meal
Preparation
    In large skillet, cook turkey and drain.
    Stir in half of the beans and all of the salsa.
    Mash the remaining beans with fork or potato masher and add to meat mixture.
    Bring to boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes, until liquid has evaporated.
