Ingredients

4 c. milk or 2 c. milk and 2 c. water
1/2 c. rice (not instant)
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1/3 c. raisins
dash of nutmeg
2 beaten eggs
Preparation

In crock-pot or slow cooker, combine the milk, rice, salt and sugar. Stir and cover. Cook for 3 hours or longer.
Mix together remaining ingredients and refrigerate.
