Spicy Sauerkraut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (16 oz.) cans or jars Bavarian sauerkraut
1 c. diced bell pepper
1 c. diced onion
4 Tbsp. oil
1 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 to 6 jalapenos
1/2 c. pimento (for color)
Preparation

Mix and season according to taste.
Let season in the refrigerator for a couple of days.
