Sweet Tator Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. cloves
    3/4 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. mashed cooked sweet tators
    3 Tbsp.???
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. raisins
    Pam
Preparation
    Combine first seven ingredients in a bowl.
    Combine milk and next four ingredients and add to dry mixture.
    Stir until moistened.
    Add raisins.
    Spoon batter into muffin pans coated with Pam, 1/2 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Check doneness by placing toothpick in center of muffin until toothpick dry.
    Remove from pans immediately.
    Makes 1 dozen.
