"Millie'S" Chicken Enchilada - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 chicken breasts or turkey, cut up
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. pitted, ripe olives, drained (or omit)
    4 oz. can chopped Ortega green chilies
    1 onion
    6 corn tortillas, cut in 1/2-inch strips
    10 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Poach or bake chicken or turkey and cut up.
    Mix all ingredients together, reserving a handful of cheese for top.
    Put in a 2 1/2-quart casserole.
    Top with reserved cheese; cover. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
