Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cheese (Cheddar or Swiss)
    2 c. cream
    12 slices bacon
    1/3 c. minced onions
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    4 eggs
    pie crust
Preparation
    Make pie crust.
    Brown onions.
    Set aside.
    Fry bacon until crisp; drain and set aside.
    Beat 4 eggs; add cream.
    Put cheese, onions and bacon in pie crust.
    Pour cream mixture over top.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 300\u00b0 and bake for another 30 minutes.
