Imitation "Crab" Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large or 2 small zucchini, cleaned, grated and drained
2 boxes Stove Top stuffing mix
1 egg
3 to 4 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning (or more to taste)

Preparation

In a large bowl mix zucchini, Stove Top stuffing, egg and seasoning.
Make into patties.
Fry in skillet with oil until golden brown on both sides.
Remove patties and put onto paper toweled plate.
Serve plain or on buns.
Tastes like crab cakes but there is no crab added.
