Yorkshire Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    2 well beaten eggs
Preparation
    Combine flour and salt.
    Mix egg and dry ingredients and beat with rotary beater until smooth.
    A half hour before serving roast, drain 1/2 cup drippings from pan; place in 8 x 8-inch pan. Increase oven to 400\u00b0 and place pudding mix on top of drippings. Bake 30 minutes.
