Donalda Tillett'S Beet Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. beet juice
    1 1/2 c. diced beets
    1/2 c. each onion and celery
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Bring to boil the vinegar, water and sugar.
    Dissolve Jell-O. Cool with beet juice.
    Add beets, diced onion, celery and mustard seed.
    Mix well and refrigerate overnight.
