Pineapple Ham Patties - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ham, grated or chopped fine
2 c. bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. minced parsley
1/4 tsp. cloves
dash of cayenne pepper
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/4 c. cooking oil for pan-frying
6 slices canned pineapple
1/2 c. juice from pineapple
Preparation

Combine the first 5 ingredients and half of the tomato sauce. Shape into patties.
Should make 6.
Pan-fry over low heat in cooking oil until lightly browned on both sides.
Remove from pan and set in oven to keep warm.
Fry pineapple slices until light brown.
Stir remaining tomato sauce and pineapple juice into browned bits.
Serve ham patties on pineapple slices with sauce spooned over top.
