Crustless Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. margarine
    1/2 c. flour
    6 large eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    3 oz. cream cheese
    2 c. cottage cheese
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Melt margarine in pan and stir in flour; cook.
    Add cream cheese to flour and margarine mixture after it cools a little bit. Beat the eggs; add the milk and blend.
    Then add all the rest of the ingredients to the eggs and milk.
