Mozzarella In Carozza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices Italian bread (1/2 inch thick)
    4 slices Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 tsp. chopped, fresh parsley
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. grated Romano cheese
    salt, pepper and red pepper to taste
    1 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Heat oil.
    Mix together egg, milk, cheese and seasonings. Place Mozzarella in between slices of bread and soak bread.
    Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
    Serves 1 or 2.
