Hawaiian Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Grilled chicken breasts or broiled fish
    1 can (8 oz.) pineapple chunks in juice
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
    1 tsp. curry powder
    8 oz. (3 cups) fresh snow peas, ends trimmed
    1/3 c. green onions, diagonally sliced
    2 tsp. low sodium soy sauce
Preparation
    Drain pineapple; save juice. Combine juice and cornstarch in small bowl; stir to blend and set aside.
