Cherry Cheese Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    foil mini muffin cups
    35 to 40 Keebler vanilla wafers
    1 small can cherry pie filling
Preparation
    Cream together cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
    Place 1 vanilla wafer in bottom of each muffin cup.
    Spoon 1 teaspoon mixture in each muffin cup.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes; cool. Top with cherry pie filling.
    These freeze well.
    Defrost and top with filling.
    Can use blueberry pie filling. Yields 35 to 40 cheese cakes.
