Spinach Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Ricotta
    2 c. Mozzarella, separated
    1 egg
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. oregano
    dash of pepper
    3 c. tomato sauce
    9 lasagne noodles (uncooked)
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix Ricotta, 1 cup of Mozzarella, egg, spinach, salt, oregano and pepper.
    In a greased 9 x 13-inch pan, layer 1 cup of sauce, 3 noodles and half of cheese mixture. Repeat.
    Top with remaining noodles and sauce.
    Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup Mozzarella.
    Pour 3/4 cup water around the edges of the pan (less if you use more sauce).
    Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
