Stuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1/2 c. rice
    1 egg
    1 onion, chopped fine
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 medium can sauerkraut
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    1 c. tomato juice
Preparation
    Remove core from whole head of cabbage with a sharp knife. Scald the cabbage in boiling water.
    Remove a few leaves at a time.
