Marinated Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 green peppers
    1 red onion
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 head cauliflower
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lb. broccoli
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. white wine vinegar
    1/2 lb. raw mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. Italian dry seasoning
Preparation
    Wash vegetables and cut into chunks.
    Mix oil, wine vinegar, sugar, dry seasoning, mustard and salt.
    Pour over vegetables and chill for at least 3 hours.
