No Peek Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew beef or sliced round steak
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    4 oz. whole mushrooms (or pieces/stems)
    1/2 c. apple juice
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in crock-pot.
    Stir together well. Cover and cook on low 8 to 12 hours (or high 4 to 5 hours). Serve over noodles, rice or mashed potatoes.
    May be doubled.
