Chicken With Nuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. walnuts or almonds
    2 chicken breasts, skinned, boned and cut into chunks
    4 stalks celery, cut diagonally
    2 c. chicken broth
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    olive oil
Preparation
    Stir-fry walnuts in small amount of olive oil a few minutes. Remove from pan.
    Be sure to take nuts out before they darken or they will taste bitter.
    Stir-fry chicken until they are no longer pink.
    Push chicken to one side of pan.
    Stir-fry celery until they are bright green.
    Return nuts back to pan and add chicken broth and stir in cornstarch paste (2 teaspoons cornstarch and enough water to form paste) to thicken.
    Serve immediately with brown rice.
