Martha Patch'S Company Strawberry Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. Burgundy
    1 c. whipping cream
    1 c. finely chopped strawberries
Preparation
    Stir sugar into sour cream.
    Stir in Burgundy and whipped cream.
    Fold in berries.
    Chill.
    May be served as appetizer, dessert or begin a Summer meal with a strawberry soup.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
