Broccoli-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
2 lb. frozen chopped broccoli
1 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 c. cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1 jar Cheez Whiz
1 can sliced water chestnuts
Preparation

Saute celery and onion in margarine in skillet.
Add broccoli and remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Put in casserole dish.
Top with bread crumbs or French fried onion rings.
Bake for about 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
