Chinese Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts or thighs
    3 Tbsp. shortening or 1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 Tbsp. hot sauce
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cut meat in cubes.
    Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper.
    Add flour and stir with fork to cover each piece.
    Shake each piece off to remove excess flour.
    Put each piece in shortening and let it cook for 15 or 20 minutes or until brown on medium heat.
    Add 1 tablespoon of flour to brown for gravy.
    Add 1/2 cup of water, then the other seasons and let it simmer for 10 minutes in the covered pot.
    Serve over rice.
    A serving for 4 or more.
