Barbecue Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    brisket
    garlic salt
    celery salt
    black pepper
    1/2 bottle liquid smoke
    1/2 bottle Woody's cookin sauce
Preparation
    Rub brisket with the salts and pepper.
    Put in heavy-duty foil and pour liquid smoke over brisket.
    Wrap with foil and marinate for 12 to 24 hours in refrigerator.
    Cook in foil for 5 hours at 250\u00b0.
    Take out of oven; pour juices in pan for gravy.
    Pour Woody's cookin sauce over it.
    Wrap tightly in foil and cook 1 more hour.
    Pour juices off in pot; thicken to gravy and add small amount of catsup and Worcestershire, if desired.
