Potato Cheese Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen Southern style hash brown potatoes
3/4 c. melted margarine
1 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
16 oz. sour cream
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
dash of salt and pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Melt butter and put aside.
Place frozen hash browns in a very large bowl.
Add sour cream, cream of chicken soup, onion and cheeses; mix thoroughly.
Add margarine, salt and pepper; mix again.
Place everything into a 10 x 13-inch baking pan.
Place corn flake crumbs on top.
Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes.
Take foil off and bake another 20 minutes.
