Meatballs With Hyssop - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 large onion, minced
1 1/2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 tsp. marjoram, chopped
salt
1/3 c. sesame seed
1/2 lb. pork sausage
2 large cloves garlic, crushed
1 1/2 Tbsp. hyssop, crushed
1 egg
pepper
oil for frying
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except sesame seed; form into soft, small meatballs.
Roll the balls in sesame seed until evenly coated, then fry quickly in hot oil.
Brown on all sides, then drain and serve warm as appetizers on cocktail sticks.
