Barbecue Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    2 Tbsp. Crisco oil
    1/2 c. catsup
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/3 c. water
    1 bay leaf
Preparation
    In skillet, brown chops using the oil.
    Remove chops and place in large baking pan.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops.
    Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Turn chops once halfway through cooking period.
    Cover may be removed the last half of the cooking period.
    Makes 6 servings.
