Fat Charlie'S Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

1 pkg. white cake mix, prepared and baked as per pkg. directions on box
1 (3/4 oz.) vanilla instant pudding, prepared per directions
1 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Prepare 13 x 9-inch pan. Grease and flour.
Bake cake mix 18 minutes at 350\u00b0. Cool.
Prepare pudding mix as directed.
Place in refrigerator for 5 minutes. Beat cream cheese into pudding until well mixed. Spread on cool cake. Spread well drained pineapple over pudding mixture.
Spread Cool Whip over pineapple. Layer chopped nuts over Cool Whip.
Refrigerate several hours before serving.
