Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 garlic chive, minced
    4 1/2 c. fresh corn kernels (approximately 6 ears) or frozen, thawed
    3 eggs
    3 egg whites
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1 Tbsp. sugar or to taste
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper (optional)
    pinch of cayenne pepper
    1 c. whipping cream
    1 c. half and half
Preparation
    Melt butter in heavy, medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and onion and saute until tender, approximately 5 minutes.
    Cool.
