Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 small can tomato puree
    1 large can tomato sauce
    1 large and 1 small can kidney beans
    2 Tbsp. black pepper
    1/2 Tbsp. oregano
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 medium onions, chopped
    2 bell peppers, chopped
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    sprinkle of red or cayenne pepper
    1/2 lb. smoked sausage, sliced and browned (optional)
Preparation
    Cook tomatoes for 15 minutes.
    Add sugar, pepper, oregano and red pepper.
    Stir well.
    Fry onions and bell peppers in oil.
    Pour into sauce.
    Stir well.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Stir well. Simmer for one hour, stirring occasionally.
