Stuffed Grape Leaves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    40 to 50 grape leaves (fresh or canned)
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. allspice
    1 lb. ground hamburger or ground turkey
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Stuff, roll and arrange in pan for cooking.
    Ends of grape leaves are always folded in to secure filling.
    Fill pot with water.
    Bring to a boil and simmer for 40 minutes or until done. Add water if necessary.
    Pour any excess water out and serve.
