Aunt Bessie'S Power Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. applesauce
    1 c. prunes
    1 c. bran flakes
    1/2 c. Cool Whip (optional)
    enough apple juice to mix ingredients together
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    This is good for constipation and keeping you regular.
    Only eat 1/4 cup in morning as a rule. May increase amount to 1/2 cup 3 times a day if needed.
