Frankie'S Fish With Swiss Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fish fillets
    2 chopped onions
    1/4 lb. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. milk
    6 to 8 slices Swiss cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    seasoning to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter until done.
    Poach fish in milk until done.
    Layer fish in ovenproof dish.
    Spread onions over fillets evenly.
    Lay slices of cheese on top.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
    Brown under broiler.
