Gazpacho - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
    1/2 onion, diced
    1 avocado, peeled and chopped
    1/2 green pepper, diced
    1/2 tsp. crumbled oregano
    1/2 tsp. celery, onion and garlic salt
    3 Tbsp. salad oil
    4 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    4 c. canned tomato juice
    2 tomatoes, chopped
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Combine
    all
    ingredients.
    Chill
    and\tserve.\tThis is sooo good on a hot summer day.
    I have substituted a zucchini for the avocado and results are just as good to me.
