Cheesy Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 egg
    4 slices soft bread crumbs
    1 small onion, grated
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix beef lightly with 3/4 cup cheese, egg, crumbs, onion and seasonings until well blended.
    Shape into loaf in a shallow pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Pour off drippings.
    Pour tomato sauce over loaf.
    Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cheese.
    Bake 30 minutes longer.
