Ingredients

1 stick soft butter
1 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 graham crust
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. peppermint extract
whipping cream
Preparation

Cream butter and powdered sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Melt chocolate; add to mixture and beat.
Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and peppermint.
Pour into graham cracker crust and chill for 24 hours.
Before serving, whip cream until stiff; add remaining vanilla.
Use as topping on pie. Top with chocolate shavings.
