Green Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head lettuce, shredded
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas (do not cook)
    3/4 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    6 oz. grated Cheddar cheese (3/4 c.)
    8 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
Preparation
    Layer lettuce in casserole.
    Combine celery, onion, green pepper and peas.
    Mix mayonnaise and sour cream.
    Layer all ingredients.
    Top layer is cheese and bacon last.
    Yield: Serves 15 or 20.
