Meatball Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 can deviled ham (2 1/4 oz.)
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1 to 2 dashes hot pepper sauce
    1/2 c. apple juice
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 c. mincemeat
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
Preparation
    Mix ground beef, eggs, deviled ham, bread crumbs, salt, dry mustard and hot pepper sauce.
    Shape into meatballs about 3/4-inch round. Arrange in shallow pan and bake at 375\u00b0 for about 15 minutes.
