Laclede Gas Company Teriyaki - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. beef sirloin, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
1 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. ground ginger
Preparation

Thread meat on a wooden skewers (8) and place in a shallow pan.
Combine rest of ingredients and pour over skewered meat. Let stand 2 hours.
Lift out skewers.
Arrange on a broiler rack. Broil about 3 inches from heat, turning to brown on all sides, about 10 to 15 minutes or until desired doneness.
(Good cooked outdoors over charcoal also.)
