Ingredients

1 c. rice (long grain), cook as directed
2 eggs
1 qt. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla (optional)
1 Tbsp. raisins (optional)
1 Tbsp. cinnamon (optional)
1 Tbsp. nutmeg (optional)
Preparation

Mix eggs, milk, salt and condensed milk together; add to cooked rice.
Put on stove, bring to a low boil, remove after 1/2 to 1 minute.
Add vanilla and raisins, cinnamon or nutmeg.
