Cauliflower Soup(Blomkalsuppe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 medium carrots, sliced
    1/4 c. parsley
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 qt. cauliflower stock, heated
    1/2 c. half and half cream
    cauliflower pieces, cut finely
Preparation
    In a 2-quart saucepan, melt butter and add carrots and parsley. Cook slowly 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Sprinkle flour over mixture and stir well.
    Add 2 cups heated stock.
    Stir to a smooth sauce.
    Add remainder of stock and boil until carrots are well done.
    Add cauliflower pieces, cut finely.
    Stir in cream and salt.
