Sweet Potato Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 C. self-rising flour
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 1/2 C. Crisco oil
2 C. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 whole eggs
1/4 C. hot water
1 1/2 C. grated raw sweet potatoes
1 C. chopped pecans

Preparation

Sift flour, spices and combine with oil and sugar.
Add one egg at a time; add water, nuts, vanilla.
Add sweet potatoes.
