Donna Moon'S Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
pinch of salt
2 sticks oleo
4 really heaping Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
2 eggs
1 c. buttermilk, mixed with 1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. cinnamon (optional)

Preparation

Sift together the sugar, flour and salt.
Mix together and heat until boiling the oleo, cocoa and water.
Pour the chocolate mixture over the flour and sugar and mix together. Add the eggs, buttermilk mixture, vanilla and cinnamon (optional).
Pour into greased sheet pan.
Bake 18 minutes at 400\u00b0.
