Hearty Tortellini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cloves garlic
    2 Tbsp. butter
    8 oz. tortellini (fresh or frozen)
    2 (15 oz.) cans College Inn broth
    1 box spinach, thawed
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
Preparation
    Saute garlic in butter for 2 minutes.
    Add tortellini and broth and bring to a boil.
    Simmer for 10 minutes.
    Add thawed spinach and tomatoes.
    Simmer 5 minutes more.
    Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
