Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cooked chicken, diced
1 c. sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 c. diced celery
1 c. cooked rice
1 c. cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. minced onions
1/2 c. sliced almonds
Preparation

Mix in 8 x 8-inch pan or 2-quart dish.
Top with grated cheese, crushed cornflakes and 1/4 cup melted butter.
