Quick Chicken And Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can water chestnuts (optional)
    1 pkg. (1 c.) Mozzarella cheese
    1 can instant biscuits
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Microwave or boil chicken until cooked. Cut up into bite-sized pieces.
    Pour soups into casserole dish. Do not add water!
    Stir in chicken, cheese and water chestnuts. Mix well.
    Place in oven and bake 15 minutes.
