Oven Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cold water
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 potato per person
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Wash, do not peel, one potato per person.
    Slice 1/4-inch slice and soak in cold water for at least 20 minutes.
    Melt 4 tablespoons margarine on a cookie sheet.
    Drain potatoes and pat dry.
    Place potatoes on cookie sheet in single layer, coating both sides with margarine. Salt and pepper to taste.
    Place in a 425\u00b0 oven and bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned on each side.
