Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. instant rice
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. raisins (may be omitted)
    2 eggs
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine instant rice (right from the package), milk, salt, cinnamon, sugar and raisins in a saucepan.
    Bring to a rolling boil, stirring constantly.
    Reduce heat; boil slowly for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Slowly pour hot mixture into slightly beaten eggs.
    Beat vigorously.
    Add vanilla.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg and let cool 10 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings (about 1/2 cup each).
