Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground veal
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. half and half
3 Tbsp. snipped parsley
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. ground allspice
1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
2 eggs
Sour Cream Sauce (recipe follows)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except Sour Cream Sauce.
Shape into 1 1/4-inch balls.
Place meatballs on rack in broiler pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0
for 20 minutes.
Keep warm.
Prepare sauce.
Serve hot.
