Broccoli-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. cooked Minute rice
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, partially cooked
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
Preparation
    Partially cook and drain broccoli; add onion mixture, rice, cheese and soup and stir to blend.
    Pour into 2-quart casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes, until cheese browns and bubbles.
