Marinated Shrimp And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. fresh cauliflower flowerets
    1 c. cherry tomatoes, pierced with fork
    4 oz. small whole mushrooms (about 1 c.)
    1 c. sliced zucchini
    1/2 lb. cooked shrimp, shelled and deveined
    3/4 c. lemon juice
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. chopped chives
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dried dill weed
    5 drops hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    In 1 1/2-quart shallow baking dish, combine vegetables and shrimp.
    In small bowl, combine remaining
    ingredients; mix well. Pour lemon mixture over vegetables and shrimp.
    Cover.
    Chill several hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
    To serve, spear with toothpicks.
    Makes about 8 servings.
